What's in the mail today?

These wonderful art bags from Freeway Online as my prize from their Facebook promo. They sent five of us winners each of two art bags from the 2016 Art Bag Collection. 

I looked up on their website and each bag cost Php 895!

After less than a week of the announcement they sent it right away and look how lovely and very spacious the bags are..my kind of bag!

The package pack looks so artsy!

The paper package was sealed with a gift tag and a chopstick to lock it.

They also included congratulating me and some instruction to promote the ongoing Art Bag Design for 2017.

I will be taking photos of me with my new bags once I find time to use it. 

I love the size, design and the material.

I love how they included a back compartment to put some go-to stuff.

Online Prizes are Coming In!

A couple of days before New Year's Eve I received a good news via Facebook private message and it was from Jag Jeans informing me that I won on their FB contest! 

                          Jag Jeans 12 Gifts of Christmas

Out of the numbers of photo entries who joined the contest mine was picked. I got this private message from their staff who wanted to confirm the ownership of the photo I entered in the contest. I sent in the album link for them to check and after that they posted an announcement that I was the lucky winner. 

Yes! Five thousand pesos cash + one Noche Buena basket + a pair of Jag Jeans outfit! 

Since I cannot go to Manila to claim prizes I asked them if they can send it over for delivery. And, they willingly accepted my request. I just need to wait until the Holiday break for them to process and that wasn't a problem to me. :)

Yesterday I received the cash they sent through Western Union and I am five thousand pesos richer!

How nice of the Jag Jeans' staff in coordinating my prizes to me, they constantly communicated with me in sending my prizes. After the cash money transfer yesterday. 

This morning I received this box in a cage. And since I don't have any equipment to remove the cage I waited for an hour for a hammer haha! 

Patience is a virtue!

It was shipped through DHL service and everything came in good condition.

The Jag Jeans outfit will come around two weeks from now after they asked me for sizes and yep I can wait. :)

My Jag Jeans outfit arrived awhile ago, a pair of jeans and a green coloured blouse. A total of Php2049.50! :)

My Prize is Here, Thank you Rose Pharmacy!

First of I want to greet you all a very Happy New Year!

Whew what a week that was?! From family and friends get together combined with lots of food that was shares during the holidays...time passed by so quickly. How did you celebrate yours?

This is my first post for this year 2017 and it is a Thank You post for Rose Pharmacy!

As a welcome salvo I received a prize package yesterday from Rose Pharmacy all the way from Cebu. 

It was a prize from last month's Twitter contest which I was picked as the winner. From the announcement the team contacted me through direct message and email to coordinate the delivery of my prize. 

And, I wanted to share to guys the content of the package I got. It consists of oral care, body care and some essentials for travelling.

This one excites me the most because I so so love body wash and scrubs, I always on the look for different brands of body washes in the market. My current use is from Watsons the strawberry gel scrub which I got from the buy2 take1 free item last November. 

I opened the twisted pump cap and the smell is truly heavenly! (I am not exaggerating here)

I has a hint of fruity smell with a bit of sweetness to it. The combination of sakura and yoghurt really does the trick.

From the Sakura extract and the yoghurt which will leave my skin hydrated and conditioned I am definitely looking at a fresh and supple skin feel. And also because it is contained in a pump plastic bottle I can dispense the desired amount I want to use.

Prizes from Kids Company Online Toy Store #onlineprizes

Last February I joined this contest on Kids Company on Facebook. There was a question there to answer regarding how do I love toys from Kids Company. After browsing website I saw the latest trends on toys and other kids stuff. 

And, guess what? I was one of the lucky winners out of the five lucky joiners.

Our prize was Php2000 each worth of toys which we can order online.

After several online communication with the Kids Company team, they gave me a code which I can use upon check out.

After creating an account, my daughter M was so excited to select toys and have it on my account cart. Sadly, there were conditions though when using the prize code. Only regular items can be used to purchase.

That's why we needed to change all the initial pick my daughter did. Up to the time, the toys available were not the ones she wanted. I told her to pick anything just for us to claim and before the prize code expires.

After a week and decided to check out, encoding of the prize code had some errors. The code is not working when checking out. Informed Kids Company staff up to the point they were the ones who accessed my account just to finish the transaction.

I paid Php400 for the shipping and a little extra of Php29 for the excess amount from the total through Paypal payment.

Overall, the process took me six weeks from the time of announcement up to the delivery of the toys we ordered.

The Kinetic Sand Brown color is the most expensive of the 4 toys we ordered, and it was the least I want for my daughter to get. Just for the process of this gift certificate and the least of the toys, we can get... we have no choice really. 

My daughter M opened this brown Kinetic sand and she enjoyed playing with it, the cons having this at home is the room floor and the living room floor feels so sandy even M keeps on sweeping the floor.

Healthy Goodness Food Prize from Elle & Vire Philippines, Thank you!

Valentines Day prize from Elle & Vire Philippines Facebook page worth P1,500 was delivered to us yesterday. The winner announcement was made last February 12 and this goodies were personally delivered by their delivery truck at the address we mentioned from the private message.

Out of the many photo entries who submitted, Dongski's entry was chosen. Since he cannot personally claim the prize in Manila we coordinated for the prize for shipment or delivery.

From the bag we got yesterday, contents are:

I love winning food items specially the healthy ones, definitely my kids will enjoy cup after cup. 

Most of the items in this brand will be our first time to taste and this excites us. 

Let's go through the items one by one. A liter of Elle & Vire semi-skimmed milk and yep it's organic. I just purchased a couple of liters of Arla all natural low fat milk last weekend which I am enjoying. I posted an Instagram photo of the Arla brand milk here , used it as the cream for the mango smoothie which me and my daughter craved for days. It was smooth and has a nice taste.

Also, another liter of whole milk comes with the prize. Are you like me who always include milk in the grocery list? Milk is one of my grocery food essentials, I keep it a point that I have a liter in my shopping cart. 

Let's now check the yogurt flavors from the prize.

Elle & Vire Fruit yogurt Ananas Pineapple, this is the first time I heard of the word "ananas" I thought it was a combination of bananas and pineapple haha! Googled it and saw this 

"The word Ananas is derived from the Guarani name for the pineapple, via Portuguese. In most languages, pineapple is called "ananas"."

Elle & Vire Myrtille Blueberry, my son had this for breakfast this morning it has almost the exact taste from the other brand of yogurt we used to buy. It's creamy and tangy at the same time, he said.

Elle & Vire Fraise Strawberry, my daughter brought a cup for her school snack and will ask her later for the taste.

Elle & Vire Le Nature Sucre' plain sweet 

Elle & Vire Creme Dessert  Chocolate, consumed the three cups last night after dinner as our dessert.

I like the creamy and chocolatey taste, it was just right not too sweet or bitter. I might grab cups of this on my next grocery shopping. 

Elle & Vire Creme Dessert caramel, what I like about this flavor is that it's creamy and smooth with the hint of the caramel sweetness. 

Elle & Vire Yag Go! milky drink 150ml single sip pouch, my daughter also brought one for her school snack this morning. I think and hope she will like this too. 

I was hoping for Elle & Vire butter  for bread spread to be included in the prize bag but unluckily it was not, I guess the reason of transporting the product was much delicate unlike the plastic bottles and cup containers of the yogurt. Nevertheless, everything is good!

Prizes from Firefly Lighting, Thank You!

Last month I was one of the lucky winners from Firefly Lighting Facebook page Like, Post, Share and Win. 

They gave out trivia questions for their fans to answer and from the pool of entrants they picked out winners. From major to minor prizes they sent our private messages and tagged the lucky winners.

I coordinated the claiming of the prize with their page admin since I am too far from the location where prizes can be picked up.

Good thing there's ACE Express store here in SM Olongapo where Firefly lighting staff sent in the prize for me to claim.
