My weight loss progress after 10 months!

Ten months have passed since I began moving, exercising, and sweating to lose weight, and I am pleased with the results! 

It has been an amazing journey for me, albeit the difficulties and temptation to give up or pass another day without moving was quite real at first. However, as time passed, I learnt and continue to learn how to be consistent in my efforts to achieve my ideal weight. My daily 30 to 60-minute workouts at home have become addictive (in a positive way) as I notice results. 

My waistline, arms, legs, neck, and hands are all showing improvements; I am now 6 inches smaller than I was when I started. My arm skin is starting to sag, and my neck and collarbone are protruding. My belly skin is beginning to sag; I still need to focus on my residual belly fat and toning the muscles in that area soon! 

I have two months till I reach my one-year mark, and I am even more excited about it. Here's a speed video from my recent home workout that I promise you'll enjoy seeing! haha!
