Sharing my eight-month weight loss update; the last time I blogged about my weight loss journey was when I was in my sixth month.
I've shed a few pounds since my last weigh-in, and I'm pleased with the results. I'm not hurrying to drop a lot of weight, but rather taking the time to reduce fat, strengthen my muscles, and regain energy for daily tasks. To avoid forcing myself, I do not maintain a regular diet or workout plan. Throughout this experience, I discovered the importance of listening to my mind and body. It doesn't matter if you move 5 minutes per day or do an hour of home workouts; as long as you stay consistent and focus on your objective of losing excess weight, you'll be fine!
I usually share updates about my daily workouts and activity on my social media pages, and as I've stated there, the goal of my journey isn't to look sexy, but to be healthy and fit as I age.
Eight months have passed, and I feel like I can give birth next month LOL.
Will update again on the coming months. :)
You are looking great and doing awesome. I look forward to the update.

ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing your weight loss journey. I struggle to keep the weight off as well and have found that having a daily exercise routine is the only thing that works for me. I agree that consistency is key!
ReplyDeleteI completely agree, being consistent and slow progress is the best for weight loss. Rapid weight loss is not good.
