The National Bookstore pick-up option is ideal for applicants who have irregular schedules and are not always available at their delivery address. This delivery option provides you with the flexibility to pick up your order at your chosen National Bookstore branch at your most convenient time.

Here’s how you can arrange for your PSA certificate orders delivered at your preferred National Bookstore branch: 


Step 1: Choose Pick-Up During Checkout

Finalize your order by providing your contact details and confirming payment. Once your PSA certificate arrives at your chosen branch, PSAHelpline will send you an SMS and email notification.


Step 4: Claim Your PSA Certificate at your chosen National Bookstore Branch

Bring a valid government-issued ID that matches the name on your application, along with the SMS or email notification you received. Proceed to the National Bookstore branch and present these documents to the staff. They will verify your identity and release your PSA certificate.


Important Reminders:

  • Sending a representative to claim your PSA certificate is not allowed, even with authorization.
  • You have 30 days to pick up your documents from the chosen National Bookstore branch. Unclaimed certificates will be returned to the PSA.
