What are the Advantages of Induction Cookers

Because of its energy-saving and safety features, an induction cooker is becoming increasingly popular.

Safety is at the top of the list of advantages provided by induction cookers.

I recently bought this set of two Garett induction cookers for Php298 (about $6)!

This brand was on sale for buy one, get one free, and this set retails for Php 2,298/ $46, but I was given a Php2,000 store credit and ended up paying less!

This is my second brand of induction cooker; the first was a Kyowa induction cooker that I purchased five years ago and swear by for its usefulness and features.

Why would you want to add a cooker like this to your kitchen?

These are a few of the reasons why induction cooktops are by far the safest technique compared to stovetop cooking.

  1. The risk of spills from cooking oil, food fat, greasy food is considerably decreased because there is no hot element or open flame. Spitting or pouring hot cooking oil over a chilled surface will not ignite. Many induction cooktops have built-in safety measures that turn them off before the oil in a pan reaches the desired temperature. You can also set a specific time for your induction cooker, it is safe for you to leave it anytime and do other chores in the house because it will automatically shut off.
  2. The cooker surface never becomes hot; only the cooking pot does. But, there are some units of induction cooker that may feel hot to the touch, but definitely will not burn you. The heated pot will give off some heat to the cooktop surface.
  3. Cooking utensils are not damaged by accident. Because an induction cooker does not produce a flame, plastic, silicone, and metal utensils can be placed near the burner or used without worry of being damaged.
  4. The induction cooker ensures user safety by reducing the risk of skin burns and other injuries. Because of the common and plausible causes for utilizing an open flame stove, one can be directly burned. Burns is less common and provide a lower risk.
  5. When you run out of LPG or vice versa, a portable or single burner induction cooker can be used as a backup cooking device. By taking it with you everywhere you go, it may also be used as a culinary tool. The induction cooker requires only a power outlet to function.
  6. Lastly, it is easy to clean!

Was I successful in persuading you to purchase an induction cooker? If yes, you may make the most of cooking anytime and everywhere you go with your cooker while having fun and staying safe.
