Banana Oatmeal Chia Pancake

Sharing with you my post-workout breakfast, it easy to make, delicious and most specially healthy- perfect for my calorie deficit diet journey! 

This is so easy to make using my dependable Masflex Cookware and Kitchenware that I had for years! 

Masflex cookware and kitchenware used:

1. Masflex Nylon Whisk

2. Masflex Solid Spoon

3. Masflex non-stick crepe induction safe pan

4. Masflex Slotted Turner

For the ingredients:

3-small leftover saba bananas

1/3-cup oatmeal

1-tbsp chia seeds

1-tsp black sesame seeds

1/2-cup skimmed milk

a dash of cinnamon powder 

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and pan-fry, no oil! Crunchy, chewy and delicious banana oatmeal chia pancake.
