Creating a Home of Peace and Sustainability for my Family

As a mom, finding moments of calm and connection in the midst of everyday life isn't always  easy, but I've learned that creating a peaceful environment at home and maintaining a  sustainable lifestyle can make a huge difference.

Concern for the future we leave for them has led me to reduce the use of plastics, avoid  impulse purchases, and value every single thing that enters our home. I try to teach my  children that every choice counts, that every product we use can have an impact, not only on  our daily lives, but also on the planet we share.

Along this path, I have found allies in natural products made from Palo Santo, Tagua, and  Montecristi Panama Hats, because I know that I am not only bringing quality and well-being to  my life, but also supporting environmentally responsible practices. My intention is always to  contribute to a healthier future and a more planet-friendly community.

My space for peace and balance

For me, moments of meditation, yoga or pilates are sacred. Lighting some Palo Santo Powder is a wonderful way to set the mood for my routine. Of course, I prefer to use it in well ventilated spaces or outdoors, because although its aroma is delicious, it is recommended to  enjoy it in open spaces.

I also love using Palo Santo oil in my diffuser; a few drops are enough to create a relaxing  atmosphere and bring calm to the home. This simple ritual transforms the environment and  helps everyone to be calmer, especially on hectic days. Unlike ground Palo Santo (smoke), the  oil can be used indoors.

The magic of the good vibes bracelet

The Palo Santo Pearl bracelet is an accessory that has become essential in my daily life. Its soft  woody aroma is perfect for those moments when I need to pause and breathe deeply. I have  taught my children to use it as a calming tool: when they feel frustrated, we breathe the aroma  of Palo Santo together. For them, it also has a special meaning; they know that, by wearing the  bracelet, they symbolize a reforested tree and a commitment to caring for the beaches and the  planet.

Touches of well-being in every corner

Palo Santo grounds have many uses that I have incorporated at home. I use it in cloth bags as  an air freshener in drawers and closets, where it spreads its aroma in a subtle and pleasant  way. It is also perfect in the bathroom as potpourri, helping to maintain a fresh scent and  decorating the space with a natural touch. This simple habit has turned every corner into an  extension of that atmosphere of peace and positive energy that I seek for my home.

Elegance and sustainability: my personal style

Fashion is another way to incorporate sustainable practices in my life. My Montecristi Panama  hat is an ideal, elegant and practical accessory for my morning walks and afternoons in the  garden. In addition to being a reflection of artisanal work, it is a durable and beautiful piece  that goes with everything. My choice of Tagua jewelry also reflects that commitment to  conscious consumption, as tagua, or “vegetable ivory,” comes from a renewable source and has  no negative impact on ecosystems. These products are the perfect complement to my style,  and I love knowing that by purchasing them, I am supporting artisan families.

Gifts that tell stories

When I am looking for a gift, I always prefer something that has a special meaning. Tagua  jewelry and bracelets with Palo Santo Pearl are ideal details that convey beauty and a story of  sustainability and respect for nature.

Every time I use responsibly sourced products, like those from EcuadorianHands, I am  reminded of the importance of consuming consciously, supporting projects that benefit us, and  also contribute to the world.

Knowing that the products I choose help reforest and protect the dry forests of ManabĂ, as well  as keep its beaches clean, gives me great satisfaction and aligns perfectly with my philosophy  of life. These values are something I like to share with my family. Together we create a home  full of peace, harmony and respect for our planet.
