Lately, I have been cooking "healthy", yep I am trying to cook and eat a no-carb meal. And, this is one of the most easiest dish I prepared for the family and specially for me.
Stir fry veggies (zucchini, white onions, green and red bell peppers, mushrooms)
in oyster sauce (Lee Kum Kee Panda)
with spicy garlic shrimp... sauteed in 1tsp cooking oil.
A bottle jar of iced kalamansi and honey syrup.
You can prepare this dish for 15 minutes tops.
